How do I unsubscribe from TubiMax offers and promotions?

We're always sad to see our awesome customers go, but we totally understand that sometimes promotions can get overwhelming. If you'd still like to receive promotions but not as frequently you can click the manage preferences button at the bottom of the email.

If you'd rather stop receiving emails all together you can just click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email! If you don't see the button it is possible that the message was clipped because we had so many awesome deals! In that case, you should see a "View entire message" button that will display the rest of the email!

If you'd like to unsubscribe from our texts all you have to do is reply with the word "STOP"

 

I placed an order but it was cancelled because of fraud, how can I place my order back?

If a valid order is canceled for fraud reasons please use PayPal, Amazon Pay or another kind of preferred method to check out.

Is my credit card information safe?

Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server – you can tell you're on a safe page by the padlock icon that appears on your browser. When you make an order, our system scans your information for potential fraud. If there is a reason to suspect fraud, we will contact you to verify your order. If you do not verify with us within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Why was my order cancelled?

Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to certain circumstances. This includes oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons. In those situations, you will always receive a full refund.  If you would like to know why a specific order was cancelled, please contact Customer Service at Sales@tubimax.com.

 

Do we only offer free shipping?

Yes, we do not charge anything for shipping, all our products are sent free to our customers.
